You might have remembered the card, the bubbly, the flowers and the chocolates for your loved one, but don't forget to show your back a little bit of love too this Valentine’s day.
- Make sure that you don’t sit down for too long without getting up and moving around.
- Try to fit a walk of at least 30 minutes into your daily schedule.
- Make sure that you do some gentle back stretches first thing in the morning ( You'll find some helpful stretching exercise sheets on our website).
